When you subscribe or start a trial, we collect your name, email address and (optionally) your WhatsApp number so we can deliver your credentials and provide support. If you contact support, we keep the messages of that conversation so we can help you across follow-ups.

Payments

All payments are completed on an external, secure checkout page. Your card details are handled entirely by the payment provider and are never visible to, or stored by, NovaStream.

How we use your information

We use your details to deliver your subscription credentials, provide technical support, send service-related notices (such as maintenance or renewal reminders), and improve the service. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses basic cookies and anonymous analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to keep it running smoothly. No advertising profiles are built from your visits.

Data retention and your rights
