Shipping Policy

NovaStream provides digital IPTV subscriptions. Because every product we sell is delivered electronically, this policy explains how and when you receive your access instead of a traditional shipping notice.

Digital products only

All NovaStream products are digital subscriptions delivered over the internet. No physical goods, equipment or hardware are sold or shipped, and no shipping fees are charged at any point.

Delivery method and timing

As soon as your payment is confirmed by our external checkout provider, your subscription credentials (portal login or playlist details, depending on your device) are sent to the email address you provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes and never later than a few hours.

On request, we can also deliver your credentials directly via WhatsApp for faster setup help.

If delivery fails

If you have not received your credentials within a few hours of payment, contact our 24/7 support team on WhatsApp or by email with your order reference. We will reissue your access immediately or, if the order cannot be completed, process a full refund.
