Terms of Service
The service
NovaStream delivers live television channels and on-demand video over your existing internet connection. You are responsible for your own broadband service and compatible devices; we do not supply hardware or internet access.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe, and the information you provide at checkout must be accurate. Your subscription credentials are personal — keep them confidential.
Subscriptions, billing and renewal
Plans, durations and prices are shown on the pricing page. Payment is completed on an external secure checkout page, and each subscription runs for the term you purchased. How renewals are handled (auto-renew or manual top-up) is clearly shown at checkout before you pay. You may cancel at any time before your renewal date; the service continues until the end of the paid term.
Device limits and acceptable use
Your plan covers the number of simultaneous connections you purchased (1, 2 or 3). You may not resell, redistribute, share or resupply the service or your credentials, and the subscription is for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Fair use applies to bandwidth: the service is not intended to run continuously 24/7 as a data pipe.
Refunds and cancellation
Every plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy. Cancelling before a renewal date simply ends the service when the current term expires — there are no exit fees.
Service availability and changes
We work hard to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Channel lineups, on-demand titles and features may change over time, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.
Liability
The service is provided as described on this website. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in question. If anything here is unclear, ask us — support@novastream.tv or WhatsApp, 24/7.
